The challenge
Title work sits at the most stressful moment of a home purchase, and settlement companies serve two very different audiences at once: buyers who have never heard of escrow, and agents and lenders who submit contracts every week. The old site didn’t give either group a clear path.
What we built
A warm, plain-language WordPress redesign ("Let Us Guide You Home") with dedicated tracks for residential, commercial, and investment settlement services, service explainers for title insurance, deed preparation, and notary work, and the compass brand carried through.
Two front doors, matched to the two audiences: a persistent Submit a Contract button for agents and lenders, and a get-a-callback form in the hero for buyers who’d rather talk. Both phone lines sit in the header on every page.
Accessible by design
Homebuyers span every age and ability. The site was built with accessibility in mind: semantic structure, keyboard navigation, and visible focus states.
