How to use the Neutrino mark
Everything a journalist, partner, or client needs to represent Neutrino Design correctly. Read the rules below, then request the asset package at the bottom of the page and tell us how you intend to use it.
The wordmark
One mark, four approved renderings. The lowercase wordmark is set in Bricolage Grotesque 800 with −0.03em tracking; the dotless ı carries a circular accent dot. Never re-typeset it: use the supplied files.
Clear space and minimum size
Leave clear space of at least the x-height of the n on all four sides. Nothing enters that field: not type, rules, image edges, or other logos.
Comfortable
Site nav size
Minimum: 14 px / 5 mm
Color
Five values carry the whole system. Ink and paper do the work; accent is a highlight, not a field.
Accent #7A5CFF is for the wordmark dot and interactive emphasis only, never as a page-wide background behind body copy. Ink on paper carries a 13.4:1 contrast ratio; keep any substitution above 7:1.
Typography
Three families, each with a job. Don’t mix in a fourth.
Bricolage Grotesque
700–800 · display, headings, wordmark
Hanken Grotesk
400–600 · body copy, UI, captions
IBM Plex Mono
400–500 · codes, data, technical labels
All three are open-licensed via Google Fonts. Substitute only with the system stack in the package README.
Do and don’t
The short version of everything above. When in doubt, ask before you publish.
Do
- Use the supplied SVG wherever vector art is accepted.
- Scale proportionally; the dot is part of the artwork.
- Place on flat fields, or on photography with a 4.5:1 contrast floor.
- Refer to us as “Neutrino Design” on first mention, “Neutrino” after.
Don’t
- Recolor the dot, outline the letters, or add effects, shadows, or gradients.
- Stretch, rotate, arch, or letterspace the wordmark.
- Capitalize it, or write it as “NeutrinoDesign” or “Neutrino Design LLC” in body copy.
- Lock it up with another logo without written approval.
Request the asset package
The download contains the wordmark as outlined SVG and high-resolution PNG, both transparent and on-field, across all four renderings, plus a color and type README. Tell us who you are and how you plan to use it; we log every request, and that is what keeps the license enforceable.
