A rescue, not a redesign
We want to be straight about this one: we did not design or build the original Exper-T’s site, and we have not redesigned it. It came to us as an emergency. During the COVID-19 pandemic the site went down entirely, customers could not place orders, and the previous developers were unable to bring it back. For a made-to-order shop that runs on incoming orders, every day offline was lost work.
Back online, fast
We stepped in, recovered the site, and got Exper-T’s taking orders again. From there we stabilized the parts that had been left fragile: the hosting, the WordPress stack underneath it, and the steady day-to-day upkeep that keeps a site from quietly breaking.
Six years of uptime
We have hosted and maintained the site ever since, roughly six years and counting, with consistent, reliable uptime for a Blacksburg shop that is licensed for Virginia Tech and dozens of fraternities and sororities. Every month Exper-T’s gets a client report, the same as all of our maintenance clients: what we did, how the site is performing, and what we are watching. It is not flashy work. It is the quiet reliability that lets a small business stop thinking about its website and get back to running the shop.
