Devon Thomas
Co-founder & Creative Director
A design and development leader with a decade-long track record of shipping products for clients including Liquidware, Quorum, ESPN, Virginia Tech, and Radford University.
Background
Devon co-founded Neutrino Design and leads the studio as Creative Director. His expertise covers the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through implementation and optimization. The work he directs is grounded in how products actually get built, not just how they look.
That range shows up across the client list: redesigning the software ecosystem for Liquidware with a custom UI/UX design system, analyzing mobile application usability for ESPN, revitalizing the design system behind Quorum’s disaster-recovery software, and delivering federally compliant, accessible web projects for Virginia Tech and the Radford University Foundation.
Beyond the studio
Outside of client work, Devon is a student pilot and a technical and cave scuba diver: two disciplines where checklists, preparation, and calm under pressure are the whole job. The same habits carry into how he runs projects.
Expert witness work
Devon provides expert witness services in digital copyright infringement and web accessibility analysis, and has been retained in federal cases across five districts.
