Yes. Tell us where your site is hosted and we will work there. If any maintenance item needs access we would not have, we will let you know before you sign.
Each plan includes a monthly page view allowance. If you expect more, add a higher traffic allowance above. If traffic goes over unexpectedly, the extra is billed at what the hosting company charges us, with no markup, and we contact you before your bill would go up by any real amount.
New features, content model changes, redesigns, CMS editor support and incident recovery bill at your agreed hourly rate. We estimate before starting, and nothing goes on an invoice without your approval.
Yes. The site, code, content and domain are yours throughout. If you leave, we move the hosting into your name or hand over a full copy of your site and content. No exit fee.
